We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel your order if the product has already been shipped.

We accept product returns. You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will be charged for shipping costs a maximum of once (this also applies to returns); no restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@sanqiannya.com.
